Nestled within a large villa divided into three independent apartments, this studio tucked at the back of the property offers you absolute tranquility for your vacation. Its location is a real asset: you are only 3 minutes from the port of Fromentine for your getaways to Île d'Yeu and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge.

The main living area consists of a fully equipped large kitchen (induction cooktops), a friendly dining table for 4 people and a warm living corner with television. On the bedroom side, you will enjoy a vast bedroom accommodating a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190) bunk beds. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, is directly accessible from the bedroom.
