Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a sleeping area, two bathrooms and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area>- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC in the entrance hall

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with a view of the swimming pool and furniture to make the most of fine weather

Shared areas :
- A 90 m² heated swimming pool, shared with the residence and open all year round (opening dates subject to change by the residence and subject to weather conditions)
- A jacuzzi area in the pool, available all year round
- Hammam and sauna available
- Green spaces in the residence

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space.

- Bus: Line 41 between Quimper and Bénodet
- Nearest train station: Quimper 16.5 km away (about 25 minutes by car)
