We loved our stay in the studio apartment, which was perfectly situated near a fantastic boulangerie, a small grocery store, and several restaurants. Its location in Paris made it easy to walk around and sightsee, while also providing convenient access to the metro. As a family of four with two young children (ages 5 and 8), we needed a space where we could all be together, and many hotels required us to book two separate rooms. This apartment was ideal because it allowed us to stay together and included a kitchen with a fridge, making it easy to prepare small meals and snacks for the kids. The washer was also a lifesaver, especially with how messy kids can get!

Well-equipped, designed and decorated by Thierry himself, this comfortable apartment was central to our memorable stay in Paris. Thierry was a very responsive and helpful host. We valued the excellent location on a quiet street close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and transportation. Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Left Bank and all of the Marais were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was exactly as advertised…the convenience to landmarks was invaluable. We used the supermarket across the street, picked up breakfast every morning from the bakery around the corner and tried several of the restaurants in the square that is just half a block away. Thierry was extremely responsive and super accommodating (he helped facilitate allowing us to drop off our bags first thing upon our arrival to begin our touring - what a bonus!). I would stay at this apartment again without hesitation and would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paris.

Very quiet place in a convenient and safe location.

We wanted to stay in Marais for 5 nights so we could explore the city. Our host was fantastic as far as communication and check in was easy. Can’t say enough about the location and the apt had all the right items for our stay

Our host Thierry was very helpful, available and communicative. He checked in on us a few times during our stay. The apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. A nice size and an excellent location! It was very convenient to nearby amenities as well as transit connections for the entire city.

Just as described in the listing, clean, well stocked with coffee pods. Host was easy to communicate with. Location in La Marais was exceptional. Croissants at the corner boulangerie were some of the best I had all over Paris. (And I ate lots of them!) endless options for restaurants nearby, close shopping and close to the metro. Highly recommend

Very welcoming, accomidating and excellent communications....

My daughter & I concluded a 6 week European Holiday with a 10 night stay at this apartment, and we could not have been happier with our choice. The apartment is ideally located in Le Marais, in the 4th Arrondissement - within walking distance of numerous cafes, boulangeries, shops, restaurants and historical sites, such as Notre Dame. The Metro was also a short 5 minute walk away. The apartment was exactly as presented in the pictures, and, although we never met Titoo, the owner, in person, he was always ready with an answer, either via text or What's app, whenever I had a question, He also messaged us impeccable, step by step instructions on how to access the apartment, as well as how to operate the washer, air conditioner & television. Anytime I had a question, Titoo replied promptly. As for the apartment itself, it was perfect for 2 people. My daughter slept on the Queen sized bed, & I slept on the very comfortable pull-out convertible sofa. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. An added bonus of the apartment - it has a little balcony which I used quite extensively - either in the morning during coffee & breakfast, or in the afternoon & evening with a glass of wine. The apartment was clean & tastefully decorated. Le Marais is a great neighborhood - very lively, very historic. We would gladly stay at this apartment again, & I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a charming, authentic Paris experience. Merci beaucoup, Titoo!

We had a wonderful stay! So many things to do in/near Le Marais! The Seine, Notre Dame, and the Louvre were all within walking distance. Nearby cafés are always bustling, but there's no outside noise in the room. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as it was almost 90* F/ 32* C most of the days we were there! If we come back to Paris, we will stay here again. Thierry was very helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This gem of a studio apartment had everything we needed! Comfy bed and nice closet as well as a small air conditioning unit we could use! The location is amazing as there were several restaurants just steps from the apt But there was never any street noise as the balcony is on the courtyard! Our host was so helpful and communication was immediate! I’d definitely stay again!

Great central location yet quiet!

The flat has everything you need to have a really enjoyable stay in the Paris La Marais area. It is set back from the main street (rue) which is filled with shops and cafes, so its in the thick of activity, but at the same time, its also really quiet when you want to retire and get a good nights sleep. The amenities are spot on, like the nespresso machine - but are favorite was the balcony, with small table and chairs outside the flat. It was the perfect spot for morning espresso or having an end of night glass of chardonay. Owner was very nice, accessible and cared about your stay. Highly recommend.

This was a comfortable and clean property with a very responsive, wonderful host! He was quick to address any questions or needs. The only miscommunication for us was that from the listing I believed there to be a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a washer, but you must hang dry your items or take them down the street to a quick dry unit and there is no basket or anything to take your damp clothes in. It wasn’t a huge deal except that I was planning specifically to wash all of our clothes there. Th location is phenomenal and we particularly enjoyed how quiet it was at night. Merci, Thierry!

Small but very functional apartment was great for our stay in Paris. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals or reheat take-away. The washer was so handy for small loads of laundry. There is a grocery store across the street and the Metro is just a couple of blocks away. Thierry is a great host and very responsive. I will book this apartment again, for my next Paris trip!

Great stay easy access. Owner communicates was excellent.

My wife and I enjoyed 7 days here and the location was great! We were able to walk everywhere and the metro station was 10min away. Lots of restaurants near by and a grocery store across the street. Apartment was clean and comfortable, looks exactly like the pictures. It sits back off the street so you don't get a lot of city noise. We will be back for sure!

Great location in a lively neighborhood and close to the metro but quiet once inside the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities we required and Thierry is a fantastic accommodating and responsive host ensuring his guest have a great stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and we had the greatest time! The studio is smallish but there’s a kitchen and living area with a separate bedroom area and the bathroom. The space is well laid out and we were quite comfortable there. It’s not fancy, but it serves the need for reasonable accommodations in a hip neighborhood. Every night we stepped out our door there was a party going on with lively streets and hopping restaurants, bars and clubs. And yet you hear nothing from inside the apartment- it’s fantastic! Be aware, if you have any mobility issues this may not be the right spot for you as there are lots of narrow (and some uneven) stairs to navigate. Oh, and the host, Thierry, is the BEST communicator. He just wants you to have a great experience!

A truly enjoyable stay in Le Marais at this property! The location is perfection and the flat was superbly suited for the two of us. The location of this property in a vibrant 'Parisian' neighborhood made our trip so memorable. Everything was as described in the apartment, and every thing needed was there. Even walking up the two flights of stairs was a pleasure as it let me justify my morning croissant at the corner bakery!

Wonderful location, easy to find and access the entry. Cute apartment. Good value. Communications with Thierry were smooth and easy. As clearly advertised, a good amount of narrow, steep stairs. Perhaps not great for folks with big luggage or mobility issues. No concern for us… and again, it was advertised properly. Would stay here again for sure!

Location in the Marais could not have been better with incredible restaurants, shopping and conveniences right outside the door. The apartment was charming and comfortable with no street noise. Best of all, Thierry was an excellent communicator and provided lots of detailed instructions in advance so my arrival and check out went smoothly. Would absolutely stay here again!

The small apartment is located right in the middle of Le Marais - everybody’s favorite location in Paris- but it is very quiet and somehow secluded as it overlooks an inside courtyard. Thierry was the most graceful host, and I’m pretty sure I will come back and stay at his apartment again!!

Property was in the middle of everything. Great neighborhoods surrounding the apartment. Easy access to the metro. Felt very safe with the apartment being in the center of building. Highly recommend based on area, it was perfect.

This apartment is *perfectly* located in Paris. Being in the center of it all with shops, attractions, and vibes right out the front door made our trip better than we could've hoped for! The early checkin was a huge bonus since we landed with heavy suitcases after a redeye flight. From the airport right to the apartment to drop off our things and freshen up before heading into the city made our trip that much more comfortable. The apartment has old Paris charm. We really enjoyed the balcony for taking in some fresh air with our coffee in the morning. Thierry was super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip which we really appreciated.

Thierry was communicative, friendly & helpful. This small apartment had everything we needed for a week in Paris. We are two friends, so one of us slept in the bed and the other on the sofa bed. I found the sofa bed to be very comfortable for the whole week and there was enough space to leave it made up all week, so no faffing around putting it away in the mornings. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, calm and quiet. We are regular visitors to Paris and this is without doubt the best location we have stayed in. Every time we left the apartment we seemed to find something new! We are happy walking the length & breadth of the city, but the Metro is also really easy to access from here. Franprix over the road is convenient but there are plenty of better mini supermarkets within walking distance. The boulangerie on the end of the street is fantastic, as is Reys ice-cream. I will certainly stay in this apartment again and would highly recommend it.

My husband and I made this place our home for 2 weeks while attending the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics. It did not disappoint. The A/C was heaven to have in the late July and August heat. The apartment is located in the heart of La Marias, steps from the Seine and metro lines with plenty of cafes and bars right outside your door. Even though you are close to the action, the apartment is on the inside of the building which made it quiet for sleeping. The wifi worked great and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thierry our host provided plenty of towels and great directions for finding and getting into the apartment. There was also a washer/dryer combo unit which came in handy since we were there for a longer stay and after getting drenched by thunderstorms at some of the events. Thierry was super responsive to any questions we had via WhatsApp. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family and will stay again when we come back. Thanks Thierry!

Cute apartment - very clean, excellent communication. We didn’t realise that there would be 2 flights of stairs so recommend travelling light!
