This magnificent 28 m² studio on the 2nd floor (with elevator) for two people has just been renovated. You'll be able to enjoy a functional, tastefully decorated apartment for your romantic getaways or business trips. You'll particularly appreciate the apartment's double south-west exposure, as well as its downtown location, which puts you within walking distance of most of the city's sights.

To make the most of your stay, you'll have the following at your disposal:

- A convivial living area with two armchairs, coffee tables, a chest of drawers and a TV. It can also be used as a dining area, as there is no dining table in the apartment.
- A functional, modern kitchen: small fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
- A comfortable sleeping area with a double bed.
- There's a small space for clothes at the entrance to the apartment (with a basket and some hangers), as well as the chest of drawers in the living room.
- A well-appointed bathroom: bath, washbasin and mirror, toilet.

The apartment is located at the junction of the Krutenau district and the Petite France district (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

Just a stone's throw from the university, the Krutenau is a village-style district with restaurants and numerous local shops. Here, you can enjoy a drink on the barges of the Quai des Pêcheurs, and take advantage of the pleasant nightlife.
Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and undoubtedly one of Strasbourg's most popular districts, the Petite France district is best explored on foot. Here you'll find numerous restaurants and cultural sites such as the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art.
You'll find a bakery on the street and a U Express close to the accommodation.

- Porte de l'Hôpital tramway (lines A and D), 1 minute on foot. You can reach the station in 8 minutes.
- Porte de l'Hôpital bus stop (line 10), 1 minute on foot. You can reach the train station in 13 minutes.
- Strasbourg-Entzheim airport, 30 minutes away by public transport (Tramway lines D and A then TER).
- SNCF train station, about 10 minutes by public transport (Tramway Lines A or D or bus line 10).
