Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob,etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside:
- A shared, unheated 34 m² swimming pool. Open from late June to late September between 8am and 8pm.
- An 18 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
