Stayed Sep 15, 2025It was a good stay as long as you aren't concerned with the room temp and comfort when trying to sleep. I prefer a cooler space to sleep and they set the minimum temp at 71. I'm used to 67 at home so that part was frustrating. Then I request to have it moved down a couple of degrees and was denied because it could damage the unit. What a joke. Honestly everything else was a good experience but getting good sleep is kind of a deal breaker for me.
