Stayed Jun 23, 2023The listing had very limited and misleading information. The listing made it seem like at least 2 cars can park. It has 1 parking spot and any other cars must park offsite. They did not tell you about 1 spot until after you book. It is a duplex, and the pictures in the listing can be one of 4 units, which made it appear that all rooms had TV. Unit 2 only had a Tv in the living room and we could not find the remote. We contacted the owner you told us to download a roko app to control the tv. No pets and smoking allowed, but it smelled like smoke and pets when you enter. You can tell they did a rush cleaning. Carpets in rooms was not vacuumed, sofa had stuff on it and hair located on the floors and on shower head. The white towels and sheets looked dingy. The bed itself was the best of the stay after we bought sheets to use on them. The beds were very comfortable, but the room close to the front of the building could hear everything going on in the front of the building including every car that passes by because it it off the main street. NEEDS full cleaning including the AC Vents, bathroom window sill, walls and baseboards were also dingy.
