Apartment 7th floor, without vis-à-vis, breathtaking sea views over the bay of Cannes to massive Esterel and Suquet, South-West orientation.


Prestigious building on the Croisette between Carlton and Martinez hotels, close to the beaches, 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, supermarket 5 minutes for luxury shopping boutiques at the bottom of the building and main shopping street in Cannes 5 minutes (on foot). Water recreation at the bottom of the building, private and public beaches, children's park 5 minutes with many activities for children.
Last floor (large capacity), empty trash on the floor, central heating, building guarded 24/24, wide corridors felted access (redone) as in the great palaces.
Resident owner on site for this arrival and departure and can advise on the shops, entertainment, events, useful contacts in Cannes and around.

Rates: 600 € -1200 € according to period. Film Festival: 3 nights minimum - 220 € / night - 2100 € for the duration of the festival

    Super property, top notch location, market right around the corner and across the street, superb AC, killer views, very comfortable main bed which also goes for the Queen pull out couch. The little washer worked great, Julie was super easy to reach and very available if needed. I’ll be back!

    I stayed in this apartment recently and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean, had a wonderful ocean view and in an extremely convenient location for all restaurants and shops. The owner was very professional and made my stay pleasant and the rental process hassle free. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Cannes.
