Large Condo In Prime Downtown Location w/ Balcony by Lucky Savannah

The house was clean, well-kept, and looked exactly like the photos. Great communication while on the property and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, short walk to River Street and many great restaurants. The amenities were as advertised, we had plenty of beds and bathrooms, but they need some upgrades. The dishwasher was broken and was very hard to close. The two front bathrooms had great water pressure but the back bathroom was barely a trickle. One of the curtain rods fell down while we were gone one day that we had to put back up. The two bedrooms with windows had shades on them but the shades didn’t block any light and unfortunately there’s an office building directly across from the windows and the lights are on 24/7 in the office building. It was a bit harder to sleep in those bedrooms, especially with the bright light in the morning. The other 3 bedrooms were very dark, so they were great to sleep in. There’s an elevator and stairs so the access was easy. The condo was clean and had plenty of outlets, but many of the outlets were controlled by the light switch that controlled the overhead lights so you couldn’t use the outlets at night.

Even though it was clean when we arrived, the floors got really dirty right away... we wished there was a broom or vacuum to be able to use during our stay.

You have to find on the street parking which could be blocks away depending on the time you are there. I want to mention the unit was nice, modern, and space for a lot of people. However, the master bedroom has NO bathroom. You have to use the hall bath that 2 other bedrooms share.Not great water pressure in showers. There is a closet.But no drawers or shelves. No washer dryer, there are connections, but no appliances. The walls are thin, so you may hear your neighbors. The hallways in the common areas have no air circulation. They are hot and have some mixing of smells. Not desirable. The AC works great! If you are just looking for location, this is great. I could see this as more of a GUYS trip place. The gals need more bathroom amenities. Only pedestal sinks. It's not a bad place, just make sure you look at the amenities. LOCATION was awesome. Management was quick to answer and help. Also ask for all the door codes before arriving. There are different ones for side entry, unit door, and rooftop.

We were a female group of 2 teachers and 8 students. This property had enough bathrooms and beds to accommodate us. The location was perfect for us with easy parking one street over and within walking distance to many things.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The condo had some issues. Layout was not great as 3 rooms shared one bathroom w one pedestal sink. We had problems w the TV remotes. They need to be labeled and in their correct rooms. Never did figure them out! The ice maker didn’t work from the refrigerator door and the coffeemaker over flowed and never worked properly after several tries. Ended up walking out for coffee. There were bare minimums on household essentials. One small roll of paper towels, no Kleenex anywhere, no basic spices like salt and pepper. Didn’t realize we needed to bring all of that. The porch furniture was missing cushions and the cushions that were there were dirty and moldy. No dressers or luggage racks. We worked out of suitcases on the floor. The dishwasher wouldn’t stay closed and one cupboard door was off its hinge. There were cords hanging from the tv’s and dangling from the wall. I’m sad to write all this but for the price it was a huge disappointment. We wouldn’t stay here again!! This property needs some updating and some repairs.

The property was as pictured and the location was perfect for our group of 7 women as it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, city market and broughton street attractions. We did not have a vehicle and the unit was also close to your bus stops making it easy for us to navigate around Savannah. Wrights Bistro was right by our unit and turned out to be one of our favorite lunch spots. They have a great variety of sandwich’s, salads and desserts.

the place was as advertised, I felt that knowing there were 8 women staying that should have provided more than 2 towels each for 5 day stay. Also they left one trash bag, called and they delivered 3 more not enough for 120 meals !!! I personally resented having to take out the trash on our leaving, the should be housekeeping job not paying customers.

My 50th birthday was on st. Patrick’s day. A big group of us large men stayed here to celebrate! It fit us all and was such an easy walk to all the fun bars in town!
