The apartment is on the third floor of an old building with no elevator, making luggage access difficult. There was an unpleasant sewage smell from the bathrooms, and cleanliness was below expectations. Heating was limited and the area is noisy at night. Parking is very difficult due to limited availability and ZTL restrictions. I would not stay here again.

This was an amazing stay with an amazing owner. The apartment was very convenient as far as is proximity to the city attractions, the owner was very responsive whenever we had issues, the apartment was very spacious as well as included everything we needed for our two day stay. We are from the United States and even for an American, English speaking citizen, this stay was perfect for us… 10/10!!!!

We are very happy with our experience in Rome and the large apartment near Termini has fully met our expectations! Near Termini (5 - 10 minutes with Bus 71 and 15 - 20 minutes walking) and not too far from Tiburtina Station (same Bus 71), two points from where you can go everywhere in Rome! The apartment is also close to a large variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, attractions, etc. Nice, spacious and clean and very welcoming! The pictures are reflecting reality! The host (Rosanna and Ciro) were very friendly, polite and obliging! They gave us clear instructions about accessing the apartment and they were really kind in explaining to us that there is an *extra tourist tax (tassa di soggiorno), 6 EUROS/person/night of stay to be paid cash to the host, which afterwards will be paid to Rome City Council. This tax is not included in the online booking price. Altogether, a very pleasant experience! Warmly recommended!

Es muy pesado subir maletas a un tercer piso en las escaleras, lo demás está bien It's very difficult to carry suitcases up the stairs to the third floor, but everything else is fine

Nice place but has no elevators. Three floors up with luggage was not fun. Good location and very spacious. Thanks.

An excellent, roomy apartment in an area of many good restaurants, bakeries and shops. It is walkable from the train station. There is a beautiful park across the street. We have an emergency extended stay due to a family member being hospitalized, so we needed to find housing on very short notice. Our hosts Ciro and Rosanna were very accommodating and went above and beyond by letting us bring our luggage early and leave a little late. There was a small issue with hot water, and they immediately sent a technician to take care of it. There is a washing machine and clothes line, which were very helpful in our situation. The kitchen is well equipped which allowed us to save by eating in some meals. The only caveat is that there are a lot of stairs. If you are not young or in good shape, consider hiring someone who is to carry your luggage up and down. We are thankful to have found such a place and such helpful hosts.

We had 2 stays at this location and wouldn’t change a thing. Close to termini, cafes, grocery. A/C in each individual bedroom works generally well. The stair climb is not that bad.Rosanna was very helpful and the communication was great.

This was a wonderful and spacious apartment for our party of seven. It was so helpful to have two bathrooms for our group. The apartment has 3 bedrooms plus a living room that can serve as a 4th bedroom - the living room has a door and curtains on the windows so it is practically a bedroom. The host was very kind and communicated well before and during our stay. We also appreciated the washing machine and the outside line for drying clothes. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The apartment was lovely , very accommodating for a large group. Apartment is about 30 min walk to the major attractions. Getting a taxi to pick us was a little challenging but rides home no problem The apartment is located near a university so its livley on weekends. Our host was wonderful. Overall I would recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed staying in this area of Rome as it felt more authentic and less touristy but was still lively with good restaurants, bars, boutique shops and nearby a small flea market. It was handy being about a 10min walk to Termini. The apartment is up a few flights of stairs, the kitchen was well equiped with a small kitchen table and the bedrooms were large. FYI, the room with 3 single beds (4th bedroom) is actually also the lounge/dining room which wasn’t obvious on the listing. The host was lovely. Communicated well and was kind to give me a small gift as it was my birthday during our stay.

Very nice owners. I felt at home. We only spent one night but the important things to me, hot water for showers, a tea kettle, clean and a comfortable bed were all met and more!

I would recommend this place to larger groups of people who are in great physical shape (we were a group of 7). You can use the living room as a separate bedroom, which would make it into 4 beds and 2 baths. Make sure you are in great shape for going up many flights of stairs and not carrying much luggage. Also, make sure you understand that in Italy, the 1st floor of a building does not equal the ground floor. First floor means the first above the ground floor (which in the United States or some other countries, would be called the 2nd floor). The apartment was nice and clean, but going up to it is not for the faint of heart - about 8 flights of stairs (!). Location is great, in the midst of many restaurants, all walking distance. One of the bathrooms had issues with the water turning hot/cold, but owner says they will get it fixed. Owner was nice to share password for TV cable/amazon streaming.

The owner is very responsive and helpful. Apartment is huge and was quite sufficient for 10 of us. I was a bit worry about graffiti that we saw on Google map pictures but I felt very safe at all times. We stayed for 2 nights only and never quite figured out how to make showers to mix water well, so it was running cold then hot then cold. But I can't tell for sure if it's our issue or apartment's. In any case, a lot of very good restaurants near by and a nearby nice playground area for 2 year old we had with us.
