Seagull 502 - Charming Beachfront Condo w/ Endless Ocean Views, Pool, Spa, Washer & Dryer

Beautiful condo with excellent access to the beach. Really appreciate the reserved parking space!

Super easy check-in and check-out, lots of room and quiet. Right on the beach and had pool and hot tub access.

Had a relaxing time and LOVED the ocean view and serenity!! Would leave feed back that we would of liked to of had access to beach chairs to bring down to the beach. We flew in and out so bringing our own was out of the question, even if we could of rented or checked them out for the time we were there would of been nice. Also, check-in was in a separate building from the actual condo and that was not explained to us prior, we found out from a local when we couldn’t get in. Hot was only heated day one of our stay and was cold the other 5 days- pool was AWESOME!

The view was fantastic. Location was great. Condo was great.Elevator did not work when we arrived. SPI Rental was good to help us with our bags. Heated pool was not always heated.

Elevator was broken and we were on 5th floor. Smoke alarm battery had to be replaced. Couch was shabby.

The unit was very nice. Only negatives were broken hot tub and kitchen sink had no hot water - seemed loose and faucet not working right.

This is our third year in a row to stay at this property, and once again, it didn’t disappoint!From, an absolutely perfect location, to a beautifully decorated and functional unit, it checks all the boxes! If you appreciate comphy beds, is the unit for you!No need to buy or bring beach chairs, you are on the beach while sitting on the balcony.

The beach and pool were fine. The condo was excellent except for the couch.The couch had no support, just sinks in.

This was the third time down to South Padre and our stay here at this condo was perfect!! The views of the ocean are so beautiful and we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Everything was very clean and welcoming and yes we would stay here again. Thanks again for sharing your place with us, we loved it!!

The unit where we stayed was very nice.Clean, not overly decorated like some. Bed was comfy.

Excellent location on Gulf Blvd. on a fifth floor perch that lent itself to lots of ocean viewing and waves watching. The condo was as advertised and did not disappoint. Good place for a week's stay in comfort.

The condo its self is great although it was warm at night. We have stayed in several condos on this property. The property was dirty. The main gate needs some work. It has some missing parts. The pool had sand in it the whole time we were there. Seems like the renters really don't care much about the rules. There was a person going there to clean it, but by the end of the day there was sand in it again.

The condo is in a great location, the decor is tasteful yet comfortable. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely keep the address so we can stay here again. Loved it!!

Top floor, center of the building right on the beach. Great views. Finishes and interior of the condo are current and modern. Very nice.

We were very happy with our condo. Very clean & homey. Excellent view on 5th floor. Centrally located. Comfy bed & deck furniture. Didn’t care for location of pool but not a big deal. Hot tub not working well the 2 times we used it. We would stay again as we travel to South Padre 1-2 times a year!!

2nd time here and look forward to coming back! The unit was exceptional. Beautifully decorated. Amazing views - and when I say amazing I mean amazing! Quiet Safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Relaxing family room. Fully equipped kitchen. As perfect as the unit was, I have a few complaints with the condo managers. The pool wasn’t heated ( the sign said it would be starting on November 15th but it wasn’t) the hot tub door was in a locked and open position one day, and there was a giant cockroach in the kitchen- but understand they live in that warm southern climate. There was also a surprised unannounced balcony inspection and while the guy with all the keys said he worked for the building he couldn’t produce a business card or ID to verify who he worked for.

Nicely furnished. Great view from a nice-sized patio.

Our stay was amazing the condo was absolutely 10 out of 10. Would absolutely stay there again and again!
