The dream villa Landhaus Victoria is located directly on the Baltic Sea, only 30 meters to the beach and offers partial sea view apartments with verandas or holiday apartments with balconies as well as a wonderful view of the forest park property surrounded by pine and rhododendron. Shady relaxation areas with garden loungers and seating invite you to relax on the 2000 m² property. The historic building has been completely renovated and comprises a total of 7 very comfortable residentialunits with high-quality equipment and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels included. Washer and dryer for a fee. Car parking space free of charge at the house. When booking less than four nights, a short booking surcharge of EUR 40.00 will be charged. The 2 room apartment -Möwe- with bay window, veranda and garden use has a fireplace and a piano. The living area is 60 square meters. A separate bedroom and shower room are available. Maximum 2 people and toddler. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

The open kitchen is integrated and well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee machine u. v.m. You can take your prepared holiday meals at the spacious dining table, or enjoy your meals in the charming bay window with access to the veranda and the view of the beautiful natural garden, where deer and squirrels occasionally visit. You will also find restful nights in the separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and secretary. Of course, the beds are already made for you on arrival and towels are provided. The adjacent daylight shower room is brightly tiled and spacious. For our vacationers who like to be pampered, a delivery service offers fresh bread every day to the front door. You are also welcome to have your breakfast, coffee and cake in the nearby Muschel beach cafe. You can park your car free of charge in the parking lot of the country house. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking apartment. All house guests like the natural pine garden with garden loungers seasonal- available to relax.  Through a garden door you get directly to the beach promenade and further to the 30-meter-fine sandy beach. Landhaus Victoria is open all year round. You live in quiet surroundings and reach the center of Boltenhagen in a few minutes on foot.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
