Stayed Aug 8, 2024L'Améthys Excellent accommodations, service, value, and location!! Can't wait to stay again ? We were met at the apartment and shown how to unlock the door, use appliances, etc. The location was perfect. The property management firm Concoour was extremely helpful and I would encourage anyone to use them. Very happy and would stay again. Great value for the apartment. ? Construction still going on to get to the apartment which was upstairs. Staircase not easy to negotiate.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024L'Améthys ? Location was a quiet street but close to amenities. ? Nathalie was late in meeting us to open the apartment. She was in too much of a hurry to explain things to us. We couldn’t get English TV, there was no safe. The building is being renovated and we were the only tenants. Builders were there every day, lots of noise. When they finished each day there was no internal lighting. On the first floor we stumbled in the dark stairwell and down the spiral staircase. Not good enough!!

Stayed Apr 29, 2024L'Améthys Nice apartment with awfull stairs, bad location and ridiculous rules ? the apartment is nicely decorated, kitchen has everything you could need, location is okay. There is a Spar supermarket right nearby and a nice Michlen restaurant. The extra bedding for my kid were provided easily. ? The location is central, but the area doesn't feel safe. The common areas outside the apartment look abandoned and awfully dirty. The washing macjine is located right by the bed - this makes washing clothes challenging, i only used a quick cycle as the sounds are very disturbing. There are very strict rules in the apartment, which are ridiculous! Guests need to wash the dishes, put everything as it was before they came and even through out the trash. This is the first time in my life that i encounter such rules, which seem overwhelming and leave me dissatisfied with the experience. Do not recommend staying in this apartment.
