We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

    The apartment could have been cleaner. Under the toilet seat was unhygienic, and we had to wash all the glasses before using them as they were covered in dried food or detergent (possibly from the dishwasher). There was even hair in the freezer, and ants in the kitchen meant we couldn’t leave any food out on the countertops.The apartment itself was smaller than expected. Only three coat hangers were provided across two wardrobes – not nearly enough for a family stay. The toilet door also didn’t lock, which was inconvenient.We stayed at the end of September, and the pool was too cold for the kids to use. At night it was noisier than we’d have liked, as the apartment is right on the road. I can’t imagine being able to sleep in summer with the windows open.Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but with a few improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and comfort, it could be much better.
