Stayed Mar 26, 2025Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Super central, very clean, comfortable beds, on a quiet lake front villa. Stunning lake view right from the living room sofa. The lake is very big and around 8pm you can you can watch the Disney fireworks from the living room couch across the lake. Location, it took us 5 minutes to get to Universal studios and 3 minutes to international drive restaurants / convention center. SeaWorld is also 5 minutes away. Parking is free and WiFi is fast. The host is very helpful and gave us many great tips about the area. We loved the adorable sunset views over the lake and the proximity to most popular attractions in Orlando. We will gladly stay here again on our next time in town.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024The place was neat and tidy. The kitchen was stocked adequately but lacked garbage bags. The cover on the couch could use some cleaning or to be replaced, the same with the carpet in the bedroom.

Stayed Apr 4, 2021Everything was nice and clean. Close to the parks so location was good. The bedrooms were upstairs and no matter what we turned the AC on downstairs it was hot upstairs.

Stayed Mar 7, 2021Info for rental was good.No space for personal items. Cleaners items filled available cabinets. TV located 15stairs up. No info HOW to use tv. Could not use at all. Happy we had computer to watch. Not clean....patio dirty..dead plants off patio. Too many barking dogs in community. Sad to say we were disappointed.....For the price we could have had a 2 bed with a pool..but chose this from the lake view picture. Have to rate it a 3.

Stayed Oct 18, 2020We came to Orlando for a business trip and needed a place to spend a few nights. The pictures online definitely made it look larger and newer and closer to the water. One of the main issues was that we couldn't get the air to stay cold through the night as the thermos6 would reset back to 70. Overall, it's fine if your just passing through and want to save some money, but I wouldn't stay there again.
