The home was lovely. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Spacious. There’s a little corner grocery less than a block away and there are several restaurants and a cute little coffee shop within less than 10 min walking distance. There is a little lakeside park across the street that is so cute. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Would stay again for sure!

Joyce’s condo was perfect for our first visit to Parksville. Super clean, quiet, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great views while relaxing on the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We had a wonderful time, and our visit was much too short. We hope to return someday.

Cute and Clean but I did not have hot water in either shower. It was warm-ish but definitely not hot. I communicated this with the owner, but nothing was done about it.

First this unit seemed promising. Unfortunately, the owners unwillingness to deal with expected home ownership problems and pictures that don't represent the real condition of the home/view/and location impacted our stay in a very negative way. Though the owner was responsive, he was naive and unrealistic about what was happening.The biggest issue the water heater. At its worse it was at 80 degrees F, the owner stated it was tolerable. Rental unit temps range between 100-106 degrees. It was not functioning when we arrived on a Friday & finally fixed the day before we left Monday. I asked for a one-night refund since our comings and goings were impacted because we wouldn't shower in tepid water for days and his plumber wouldn't come until Monday. Dishes and clothes could not be washed with any hot water. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.The unit is across the street from the lake, but another 3-4 story condo blocks the view. The carport did not fit our rental car. The unit smelled upon arrival, the electrical outlet plates had to be removed cause our normal plugs kept falling out of them, the router for the Internet did not work until he came on the 2nd day. The neighbor can see into your bedroom always.The neighborhood is quaint but the street packed with cars. The unit's heating is inconsistent. Most of it was warm except when you stepped into the lower level hall where it was very cold.You will be better served finding another location, unless you are desperate.

Abraham was super responsive whenever I had questions. This is by far the best place and location to stay when in Seattle. Far enough away from downtown that you can enjoy the calmness but close enough where you can go downtown and enjoy Pikes Market. Would definitely stay here again!

Grocery store steps from the apartment. Public transport very close as well. Lovely neighborhood. We really enjoyed our long weekend there.

The house was clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this B&B! The property was charming, comfortable, and overall a wonderful place to relax. We did run into a few minor issues during our stay, but the owner was incredibly responsive and addressed everything quickly, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in this Eastlake residence! It had everything we needed and was ideally located to other family living nearby. Abraham was very accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Couldn't have been a more perfect weekend for a family birthday celebration. Ended up renting all three condos (1st-3rd floor). Host, Abraham was fantastic: helped us get situated (rented last condo at last minute) as well as ensuring all of our needs were met. Great location next to Lake Union and nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc). Lovely streets to walk along and view the shore/house boats. Convenient to downtown (5-10 min drive). Uber available within mins. Highly recommend.

My friends and I attended a one day conference in Seattle. We rented the property and found it charming and extremely quiet for being in the city. The neighborhood store has high quality food and wine. That made our lives easy. The property owner was friendly and responded very timely to our messages. Highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect place

We had appointments in Seattle all week and this was the perfect stay for us. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood with Pete’s (grocery) two doors away. Easy ingress and egress to the city. Nice walking neighborhood with places to enjoy the water view. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again.

Very good location. Quiet area. Need to Uber to all major attractions, however several places within walking distance for groceries(next door), bar and restaurant short walk.

The apartment is beautiful- lots of natural light, view of the lake, and on a quiet street across the street from the water. Running the loop is a great 10k. Host was very communicative and helpful. Loved this place!
