Lake Norman Waterfront Apartment, Private Entrance, Dock + Hot Tub, Sunset Views

We booked on rather short notice as we were attending a New Year’s Eve party in the neighborhood. Albeit a short stay, I can say that it is absolutely beautiful. So much so that if I could, I would move in permanently. And to boot, a most gracious dog who escorted us to the door. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed.

Great place to relax and enjoy the lake views and other scenery. The host was great and very attentive to any needs we might need. Which of course was nothing needed. We can’t wait to go back again !! Thanks Again for allowing us to stay at your property !!

Our stay at the Lake Norman Waterfront Apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The lake views were amazing. The space had plenty of room for our family. It is close to a lot of shopping and great places to eat. We will definitely stay again sometime.

Reading previous reviews with all 10s made me choose this property for a 2 night getaway. The apartment was immaculate, which is priority to me,, and very comfortable. More than enough room for 2 people. Lots of amenities (appreciated everything we needed for our morning coffee) and the host was excellent at communicating. Even before booking I had questions and she was quick to respond. The outdoor space is beautiful with stunning lake views. Very relaxing indeed. We are familiar with the area and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great area also if you bring your bike or just want to take a walk. Absolutely would return here for another getaway. Thank you Dawn for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Man oh boy did we enjoy our stay! It was a lovely setting on a peaceful lake with everything you could possibly need to make it memorable. Thank you for being great hosts and we look forward to this being our repeat destination when we are in the area visiting family. Thanks again!

Just what we needed for a mother daughter getaway. The views were so refreshing!

Owners were wonderful to communicate with. House had wonderful access to water with option to use the owners' kayaks, etc. Loved their friendly dogs on site. Apartment had ample space and was comfortable.

The hosts were extremely welcoming, and the house/apartment was in excellent condition as was the boat house and the fishing/boating pier. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent and generous hosts. They kindly prepared the outdoor fire pit for us. The doggies were super friendly and wonderful. This stay would be great for anyone who wants to get away.

It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful place. Peaceful. Sunsets and sunrises were magical. Everything was clean and the owners were so nice and answered all our questions quickly.

The lake views were beautiful! The apartment was very nice and had lake views from every room. Good places to sit and enjoy the view around the home including patio and fire pit area. We enjoyed meals at restaurants within driving distance. We hope to go back in the summer!

Wonderful getaway.

This property is just as described, it has amazing views of the Lake from every angle. It was very clean, well stocked and very cozy. Dawn and Steve were great host, very attentive and the communication was great. They ensured we were comfortable and they were available for any questions we had. The dogs were like family, we enjoyed them. Don't hesitate to book this property. We are alreadylooking for possible dates to return. We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the Memorial day Holiday. We will be back soon !!

This is our family’s HAPPY place! only 1 hour from home Now we are bringing our grandchildren to enjoy! Caruso’s Italian dinner was perfect for B-day! pontoon boat, tubing & hot tub was great fun with the family and we got take out from Scratch Kitchen

The lakefront apartment was perfect for our family getaway. Having access to a perfect spot on Lake Norman just made it that much more enjoyable and relaxing! The hosts were very gracious and communicative throughout. We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again!

I cannot say enough as to the fabulous 3 days I had with one of my very best friends. It was a girls getaway. The beauty of the property and lakefront gorgeous and was just what we needed. The accommodations were excellent, and we so enjoyed the hosts Steve and Dawn, who made themselves available if we needed anything. They are without a doubt super hosts!! we enjoyed the firepit, the hot tub and especially their adorable 3 dogs. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Steve and Dawn!!!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our way down to Georgia. This was quiet and quaint and was just perfect. Hosts were super friendly. I didn’t read the entire review that there were 2 labs/dogs on the property however it was just fine! They were sweet!

Great host, and quick to respond!! Beautiful view, had all the amenities we needed and more. Good experience, would like to go back. An extra for dog lovers, owner has three dogs.

I rented this as a girls night for my three daughters and me and the property was perfect! The location and lake frontage was beautiful and well equipped with life jackets, floats, kayaks, canoes and a paddleboard. The apartment itself was clean, lovely, comfortable and full equipped to meet all of our needs. We also very much enjoyed the hottub! We will definitely stay here again!
