THE LOCATION
The location is perfect for guests who are looking to be by the beach but still close to the downtown strip with stores, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops.

You can walk the boardwalk to downtown with plenty to see on your way. The channel is an ideal spot to sit and relax as you watch the boats go by. Enjoy the weekly Musical Fountain or catch a concert at the Waterfront Stadium.

- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

We had a fantastic time. We've vacationed in Grand Haven for 15+ 4th of Julys, and this by far was the best place we've stayed. So close to the beach, love the lake view, and easy walk to downtown. Perfect for our family with 4 kids. Can't beat the deck and terrace with lights. We will surely seek out this location in the future.

This place was much larger than expected. Comfy new chairs, VERY clean! Nice king bed, cool toiletry touches, and plenty of towels. Well-stocked. Loved being across the street from the beach (State Park). Bathrooms are right on the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.
