Perfect location in Jindabyne closed to dining options and grocery. It’s a very clean property, beautiful view with fire pit, complete kitchen supplies, equipped with washing machine and dryer. The host offered such an excellent hospitality, above our expectations. We will definitely stay again at this property when visiting Jindabyne.

Gorgeous lakeside accommodation. Warm, clean and homely. Close to snowfields (1/2hr), close to Jindabyne shops. Plenty of space for our group to relax after a big day on the slopes.

It was a home away from home. Everything had been thought of right down to coffee pods for the coffee machine. Peaceful & perfect

Beautiful location looking over lake, with a short walk down a slope to have a swim in the crystal clear waters. The accommodation had many lovely inclusions, beautiful glassware, plenty of crockery and cookware, snuggly throw blankets for when the temperature drops, lovely shampoo , conditioner and body lotion, everything to make your stay very comfortable.

We had a great time at Jo's place. The house has everything required for a short stay. Location is at the central of Jindabyne, close to shop, park with beautiful lake view. Highly recommended.

On the Lake was the perfect accommodation for our family Snow Trip in 2025. On site parking with an easy onsite check in. The fully self-contained unit was warm, with all the comforts of home. Jo has thought of everything to make holidaying relaxing and with some extra special touches, we certainly felt very welcome. There's plenty of space to unwind after a day on the mountain. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, making cooking for the family easy. The bathrooms are well supplied, and the heated towel rails were a lovely bonus. It's in a fantastic location, with an amazing outlook over the lake that can be enjoyed from both inside or around the fire pit that was ready to light. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

The location was very good and Jo had been very accomodating. The place was also clean and complete with amenities. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay. Would highly recommend. Very easy from check in to departure.House was a great size, presented beautifully, and the host even set up the outdoor fire for us after a long day skiing. We have been coming to Jindabyne for years and this was easily the best place we have stayed!

We would be happy to stay again in winter or summer. Very clean, good location and great views. Plenty of space for a larger family.Was great to have the wall with hooks with heater underneath to hang parkas and gloves from skiing.

Very comfortable, very nice location, very nice quality

Unit was clean and tidy. Although a ground floor unit there were 9 steep steps to negotiate carrying your luggage. This would be difficult for some people. We did as requested before leaving and stripped our beds and put used linen in the provided laundry bags but felt this was an unusual request. This is a job usually done by the cleaners and not paying guests.

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning lakeshore home in Jindabyne! The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, arriving to a warm and spotlessly clean space. The ambiance was perfect, with a cozy backyard barbecue area that added to the relaxing vibe. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The toilets were immaculately clean - a big plus for families! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat!

All positive experiences during our stay! Check-in/out using the lockbox was easy. The apartment which is below the house is private (although the above floor ‘creaks’ at times with movement upstairs!). The property backs onto an idyllic vista of lake views; it was very peaceful to sit out back & observe nature, including a variety of birds. The neighbouring houses share open yard access to the lake as well, so we saw occasional dog walkers pass by. The beds are comfortable & there was everything as advertised available. The driveway is very steep, but there is plenty of space for level parking at the bottom. Although the ‘hump’ at top may not allow low vehicles access, we had no trouble with our Mazda C30. Wonderful trip & would definitely stay again!!

Great place for local exploring, easy access into mountains but nice lake frontage and short distance from shopping centre. Good situation for short break in Snowies.

The location of On the Lake is just spectacular. You have the lake as your backyard as you adore the sunrise and sunset. It was an easy ride to the Mt Kozzy, too.

This unit was magical. 5 friends came to explore the region. It was a relaxing base but also a magical spot to relax & enjoy a cuppa, wine outside or around the fire. The lake views are spectacular. Was an absolute joy to stay here.

Great hosts, communication and a wonder place to stay for the week. Great location for water activities, riding, running and close enough to town. Would highly recommend for a sit and stay time away or up and out every day time away.

Great place to stay. Great location. Great views and access to the lake. Friendly hosts. Only downside was a couple of dogs woke us fairly early in the morning. Highly recommend

What an amazing spot to stay in Jindabyne! We have stayed many times over the years - first as a couple and then with babies/ toddlers.This lakefront apartment has direct access to one of the best swimming spots on the lake - it was like being in the Greek Islands - we all loved it, particularly the kids.Villa was great - loved the BBQ and eating outside looking at the lake. Boys loved the bunk bed. Could not be happier and hope to return soon - couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Jindabyne!

So good next to the lake. Just put our feet in as the water is cold but the sandy beach was great! Multiple heaters kept us warm when we needed it most. Two bathrooms was very convenient. Blankets and bedding were very good. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils with the oven, stove and microwave. The owner, who lives upstairs was really reasonable to deal with and we could only hear footsteps every now and then

We stayed for two weeks towards the end of the ski season. Such a beautiful spot right in the lake. Highly recommend staying here rather than trying to stay at Perisher, much more to don in Jindabyne while not skiing.

Spacious and nicely renovated apartment.

We had an amazing week On The Lake! Place was spacious, warm and well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms with great heating. Beds were comfortable and check in/out were very easy. Amazing views/wander down to the lake and beautiful fit pit and outdoor games provided. 10/10 stay
