    The check in and check out procedure, and communication before and during the stay were all top notch. The apartment is spacious and in an excellent location, ground floor and minutes stroll to Catseye Beach, with its own pool. The images online are accurate and do it justice. The kitchen is well set up for utensils and more than enough instant coffee and tea bags. The beds are comfortable, but the secondary en suite has a broken shower arm that constantly droops and could do with attention. The TVs are cheap and you might want to pack a HDMI cable to connect your media. Yes, I'm both picky, and a popular accom site Superhost, so I found it weird that $750 per night accommodation wouldn't have enough dish washing liquid (four small packs) or dishwasher tabs (4), or toilet rolls (4) or washing satchels (3) for three people staying 7 nights. When I was asked about top ups I was directed to the IGA. The last thing guests should be doing in a $5000 a week stay is having to buy their own cleaning products - skimping on a max $20 spend by the host is one of those things that separates a five star holiday from a four star one.

    Terrific pick up system. Dean was a brilliant chap. Organised, on time, helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Unit is well located roomy and has a beautiful lookout over Catseye Beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. The shared pool is peaceful and quiet and has shade. Supplied gold buggy was great. Only criticism would be the doonas and blankets need replacing. They are old and badly stained. As is the couch. Pretty tired. The floors and skirtings and sinks etc need a really good scrub and dust . Also need new batteries in the remotes. Showers and hot water were great. Lots of room in the bathrooms. Plenty of wardrobe and hanging spaces. The washer and dryer were great Fridge looks pretty bad on the outside but clean on inside and it works well. Brilliant rubbish pick up system. Plenty of crockery and cutlery Good dishwasher Block out drapes were great. All in all, lovely spot with a great outlook.

    We loved the location of this property - a minute to walk to the beach and main area of the island, but a quiet little getaway. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and we were even greeted each afternoon and evening with some local wildlife. The inclusion of the golf buggy was perfect! The pick-up at the airport was easy, and the owner and staff went out of their way to make sure our checkout went smoothly and with no hassle with our later flight. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit, and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay on Hamilton Island.
