Imagine arriving in the vibrant heart of Viterbo — a perfectly preserved medieval town, far from mass tourism — with the one convenience every guest loves: free parking right under the house.

Many Italian towns can be challenging for international travelers due to restricted traffic zones (ZTL) and limited parking. Here, instead, you will have the privilege of leaving your car directly under the house. We are located just outside the ZTL and offer a private, free parking space right in front of our garages. Arrive, turn off the engine, and forget about the car. From here, the city is best explored on foot, with history accompanying you at every step.

Check‑in is done in person, by appointment, with a warm welcome and all the assistance you may need to ensure a safe and peaceful stay from the very first moment.
If you prefer, a convenient self check‑in system with a secure lockbox is also available.

In compliance with Italian law, upon arrival we will ask for your identification documents for mandatory registration with the Ministry of the Interior.
The tourist tax for the Municipality of Viterbo is €2.70 per person per night for up to 3 nights; children under 16 are exempt.
