I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at La Tortuga for two weeks while we had some remodeling done on our condo. It was cozy, comfortable, had a small kitchen, and comfy beds. It is located near many restaurants, the beach, and you can walk everywhere if you wish. There is a nice pool to take a dip in, and we enjoyed a daily corn hole game as well. We would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone.

The rooms had everything you might need and are so close to the beach, shops and great restaurants. The property is well maintained and newly updated.

Reviewer Comments: The property was nice but there should be a better process with respect to obtaining the room key code. It would be better to have that process concluded at the time of payment instead of a post-payment prpess.

Stayed Feb 25, 2023My husband and I recently returned from our 4 night stay in St. Pete. We are familiar with the area and LOVED the location of this place. You are across the street from great places to eat but there is never any late night noise due to the noise ordinance in town. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and the whole neighborhood is fun to walk around and explore. This place seemed to be recentlyy renovated and was spotless. Our only complaints were the blinds on the front window and the thinwalls. The blinds/shades did not provide enough privacy and let too much light in in the morning but this could be easily fixed by the owners. We would definitely stay here again!
