Stayed Nov 6, 2025We enjoyed our stay . There are couple of things I'd improve. The room unfortunately looks out to a wall, can't do anything about that, I understand, I would like to have known ahead of time.Our room smelled of mold and a broken dehumidifier was in the room. Pool very nice but not heated . The place is in a good area of town. It's not a bad place just somewhere I don't want to go back to

The room had a big bed, microwave, stove and full size refrigerator. There were also beach bags, chairs, and a cooler.

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful 4 days. Great beach, great area, close enough for short trips to other activities. Passé a grille is a great place for relaxing and enjoying some sun and water vibes. La Tortuga has parking, wonderful outdoor areas and very nice rooms with just what you need!

The room was very clean; everything seemed new or recently renovated. Easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal,with the streets lined with cafes and shops.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bldg is in a great location, very nice room inside but the walls are super thin. On our last night, we were up until 5:00 am due to the extremely loud music and chatter going on in room 5. This overall ruined our stay here bc they said they had a strict noise ordinance and no parties after 10pm, but those ppl were very inconsiderate. They got back around midnight and partied until the sun came up. Believe me I like to have a good party but not to upset other guest and ruin their night. I even went outside to locate them and couldn’t find them anywhere in the common area, so I assume they were inside their room which ours backs up to room 5. Terrible experience here, we had to get up and leave the next morning at 6am

There needs to be greater transparency in the pricing. The price on the website was much lower than the actual price. The fees are too high and should be stated in the initial price.
