Stayed Oct 10, 2025Great location, easy to access beach, nice amenities including beach chairs and a cooler for use. The walls are a little thin so a noise machine is helpful.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside property was nice and up to date. The inside was comfortable and clean. There was a musty smell upon entering the building and in the room. It was a bothersome to smell. There was a dehumidifier that filled up twice during our stay. The shower also had a stain but again everything was very clean. Bed was comfy too.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. One day it will be great it's just not today, way to much construction going on.

The sitting areas looked perfect for watching TV in the evening and being outside while relaxing. We could see the sunrise from our window!

Stayed Jun 6, 2023It’s nice and convenient to stay in the heart of this small beach town. Shops and restaurants are close, as is the beach and the inter coastal waterway. This recently renovated old building is charming with modern conveniences. We loved it.

It’s a perfect studio apartment for two people. The decor was lovely. The kitchen provided all that you needed! The only recommendation would be to put black out shades in the front facing rooms. It’s really bright at 6am!
