Stephany was a great host. She communicated well and was helpful with any issues that we had. The apartment is well stocked with everything from beach equipment to any kitchen items that might be needed. It was also larger than the pictures on the website.

Location was magical. All activity on the street stops by 9 Pm, which is perfect. Went walking daily on the beach.

We loved the location. It was just perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teens. The host was super accommodating and quick to reply with any questions and requests.

Very clean rooms, excellent location. I was initially worried about the noise level from Shore Rider below but the white noise machines drowned out the outside noises until the music turned off around 10:30PM each night. Will definitely stay here again!

It was our 1st San Diego venture. This rental was so accommodating. We grilled, brought our own grill and were able to prepare meals with ease. The toiletries were great. And plenty of towels, chairs, and beach supplies available. Thank you so much for a great vacation

This apartment is a great location from La Jolla Shores. Our daughters participated in surf camp all week and it was amazing to be able to wake up every morning and walk to the ocean. The place was quaint and cozy for our group of 6 but had a full kitchen and the amenities we needed. The only negative was the lack of parking and the stress of constantly moving your car for street cleaning and changing parking signs. There was also an early morning trash pick up right outside the window that woke us up early every morning. The VrBO host was very responsive and helped is immediately with anything we needed.

We spent a long weekend here for UCSD graduation weekend. It's a great location near the bus route to campus, a block to the beach, and right on the main block with restaurants and shops. We didn't hear much noise but were using the AC. The condo was modern, clean and perfect for our needs. Note - there is no dishwasher, washer and dryer. We didn't need that for our 5 day stay. Responsive communication from host. We would love to return!

My daughter and family stayed here fir my daughter's 16th birthday. Proximity to the beach was amazing, restaurants were conveniently located and we found parking quickly! The beach equipment was so to nice to have access to. Would definitely stay again!

Came for a wedding. Choose this location so I could bring my dog. Didn't bring the dog but enjoyed the 3 nights we were there. Everything was easy to understand and very clean. The other reviews were accurate about it being above some local businesses. This was fine with us, but could be more noise than some may like.

The place was very clean and easily accessible to anywhere we needed to be. We enjoyed having a few restaurants nearby and being able to walk to the ocean. The host was very kind and accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and everything we needed for amenities they had. I will definitely come here again. Restaurants are literally all around and beach is walking distance. Love.. love this place.

Like previous reviews, you simply can’t beat the location. However, the main sports bar in town is situated right below it. They open early, like 9am and will go far past the 10pm closing time that’s listed. We had to call the property manager to ask if they were closing down soon because we booked the property with an understanding of a hard stop of atleast the music at that time. Also, there is really nothing to keep the noise out because the garbage truck runs right at 6am directly on the back street and the bathroom is pretty small. Outside of those two things, it’s a great location to the beach with many surrounding restaurants. You just may need to give it some thought if you’re looking for a place to rest. The host is extremely responsive and helpful.

We loved this property and will stay here again! It's walking distance to the beach and food! Only downside is the noise is rather loud from the restaurant in the sitting area/pull out beds but it does quiet down around 10/11. We had the ac unit on so we couldn't hear anything in the bedrooms - which was perfect. This is the perfect property if you don't have a car and want to post up in this neighborhood.

Loved everything about my first VRBO experience. It was nice to have the amenities of home on vacation. Property managers were helpful and worked with us when our flight got changed. Overall, the location was extremely loud because it is situated over a bar. The noise level did not reduce until quite late into the night, however, I would still stay here again because of the proximity to the beach and restaurants! Nothing really beats being right there with everything available to you.

This place is a gem. Two blocks from the beach and steps away from restaurants. What an enjoyable vacation for my family. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We had a fantastic time.
