ocean views. Located in one of the most walkable and fun areas of South Padre

Island, you’re steps from the sand and right next to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar

(closes early, so no late-night noise). This larger-than-standard unit offers

more space, a clean modern interior all tile floors, and easy access to the

pool, heated spa, and beach—perfect for couples or small families looking for

a simple, beachfront stay.

This is a true beachfront complex—walk out of the building and you are

immediately on the sand. You cannot get closer to the water than at

International



The unit is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, offering a quieter

setting while still being close to everything.



This is a larger corner unit (approx. +120 sq ft vs standard units), giving

you more room to spread out compared to most 1-bedroom condos on the island.
