Stayed Sep 25, 2024Easy to get around the centre ville. Accommodation was pretty much as described. Multitudinous confusion with communications (undelivered texts & emails; not sure how or where the breakdown occurred) checking in and unavailable wifi. The owners and host/representative were very nice once we connected, but very stressful arrival.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We had a nice stay at the apartment. It was very well located which is definitely the big + of this apartment. It was cute and good enough for a short stay but it could benefit of some renovation as it looks like it has seen better days. We nevertheless appreciated our stay and would recommend the place to friends for a lovely weekend in Montpellier.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024Pros: The location was perfect, near La Comedie square and all the attractions are walking distance. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond to any questions. Cons: the place is very outdated, the pictures are deceiving and not as expected when you walk in. The bathtub is so high off the ground it was so hard for my 8 year old to get in and out, also there's a window right above the bathtub that looks to other homes, and we could clearly see the neighbors through the window, so no privacy while taking a shower!! There's a separate toilet room from the main bathroom, which was not shown on the pictures of the listing, super outdated and not pleasant overall. I couldn't wait to get out of that apartment. It was also VERY hot in Montpellier during our time there so the apartment was excruciatingly hot inside, with no AC and could not open windows because there are no bug screens....very uncomfortable stay at this place. Would not recomment for families. The parking situation is aslo extremely difficult in the city (if youre coming in by car).
