Stayed Jul 19, 2025This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. Two large bedrooms with one large bed each, a nice restroom and a nice kitchen. This is not a house as we thought, but rather a flat in a building. This is not a problem but I am writing it in this review to avoid confusions for future customers. The environment was not bad, but there was construction in the building, which explains my 3 stars rarher than 5. The host is very nice and definitely tries to help, but we did not have a phone number where to text and communication through the vrbo system was not optimal because the system did not update immediately (this was a problem when we arrived and could not find the place). Moreover, different ways to access the vrbo account led to different views of the messages, some of which were missing in one of the views. Overall, I highly recommend this place but it is good to be aware of these logistic issues.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025Rooms are clean, most of the basic needs are supplied. 15 mins walking distance from La Spezia Central train station where you get into Cinque Terre express. Also, there are nearby markets in 2 to 5 mins walking distance.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025This property is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps before accessing the elevator which is too small. No air conditioning and no fan in the unit. If you open windows, lots of insects including mosquitoes will come in as there are no screens in the windows. Currently, the building is under construction. Owners do not speak English but they are very kind. The rooms are big and the kitchen has all tools need for cooking.

Stayed May 3, 2023Brenda and I had a great stay at Azzurra's apartment. Her place was perfect for our needs allowing us each a bed. Good location and Azzurra's Mom was very accommodating and friendly!!
