Everything was perfect. We loved the property and we'll come back.

Beautiful property right in the center of Toledo. Two separate bedrooms and a living area allowed for great time. AC was great, everything was really sweet and quaint. My favorite part was that they left us complementary milk, juice, bread, tea and coffee! So sweet and thoughtful. Warning: if you come by car, you must be a daring soul to squeeze your way through the narrowest streets available for cars! If not, leave the car in a garage and walk your bags in.

This property was in a great location in Toledo. Overall, the apartment was nicely equipped, and the host was helpful and good at communicating. However, we experienced a major problem in that the property had bed bugs. We saw them for the first time the morning after our first night and continued to see them throughout our stay. Big well-fed adults. The apartment did not seem like it was cleaned very well, and there is no clothes dryer to apply heat to linens to kill them. Given how many there were and that we found a blanket wrapped up in a garbage bag (which in retrospect was probably an attempt to kill bedbugs in an infested blanket), we suspect that this was a known issue to the host prior to our stay. A lesser but still serious problem is that the stairs in this place are quite dangerous in my opinion. There is a spiral staircase with slick steps and a large vertical distance between them. I slipped on the stairs when going down them once and got pretty badly bruised. Someone could really get hurt on them, and I am thankful my injury resolved on its own and did not require medical attention. The top of the stairs is along a main route through the property and could be a risk of a child playing at the top of the stairs, slipping, and falling down them. It appeared that the stairs have a gate at the top but that the gate has been soldered open so that it cannot be closed. The whole situation with the stairs just seems downright unsafe.

Spent two nights here with our 3 kids. Perfect for our stay. Not much natural light but a great home base to explore Toledo.

This was a charming place in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The kitchen was great, and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was that one night the noise from the street was pretty loud and it was difficult sleep.

We had a short but very pleasant stay in this very well renovated old house right at the heart of the historic center of Toledo. Highly recommended.

Our family of four had a nice time staying at this property. It is a very lively area with a lot of great sites in walking distance! The property managers were very helpful with parking and communication was great! The streets are very narrow, but you were able to pull up and unload your suitcases before taking your car to a parking deck nearby.

Loved Toledo. Our rooms were conveniently located. The place was clean and decorated well.

I lived in Toledo when I was in college. We made this visit so that I could introduce Toledo to my family. Toledo is a world gem. This VRBO is ideally located near the cathedral (and everything else in the historical town). Host was excellent. No problems. I strongly recommend.
