Stayed Sep 2, 2022Excellent location, two blocks from the beach and less than two blocks away from some good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025This was our second visit to Vancouver; it does not disappoint! The food, people, culture, and availability of public transportation is superb. Be prepared to hunt for parking should you choose to rent a car. Livio's place is very convenient to the beach; yet somehow he's managed to create a secluded and peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay!

Stayed May 31, 2025There isn't any better location for staying in Vancouver. This place has a feeling of staying with friends. If you're interested in an austere hotel, this isn't the place for you But if you want a homey welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful little outdoor garden then you'll probably love this place.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Tired, dated, not very clean, not many amenities (no shampoo, paper towels, wash cloths, dishwasher soap). Plastic on window without glass, tape on front door instead of weather stripping, leaking bathroom tap, drains plugged. Won’t stay here again - outrageous price for what we got.

Livio was very quick at responding to a number of questions we had and gave some great advice about restaurants in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay in a lovely place.
