Stayed Apr 22, 2025Upon arriving at Ocean Dream we were faced with a 50 stair upward climb with our luggage. Our driver did not offer to help. When entering our studio, it was exactly what we expected. Clean, with a wonderful view. The property manager, Lissa, was oddly intent on coming to our studio to give us check in instructions. There was a book in the room with all we needed to know. It was like she needed to see us for aporoval. I quickly squashed her request by asking for our privacy and to not have to waste any of our valuable time. The water experience began 2 days in with no water pressure and then no water at all. The problem was resolved only to happen again a few days later. Annoying. Our studio, being on the top floor was hot and sunny. No complaints until we disc covered the umbrella in the pictures was shredded and useless. Nothing was done after letting the owner know. The construction began on the roof one morning as they decided it was time to install gutters after a hard rain. This process began with a sawzall cutting through clay tile. Very loud! The icing on the cake is when i received an email stating that Lissa would be at our unit at 11:30 to do an inspection of the cleanliness of our unit for the cleaning persons benefit. I told her no. We are adults. We will not be returning. Because of Lissa.

Stayed Apr 2, 2022we loved it. perfect location and right on the beach. The pictures show the property perfectly and it did not disappoint. Paula noticed right away how super clean the unit was. We loved the outdoor deck and would love to stay again.
