These coastal holiday studio apartments are the perfect base for an active outdoor holiday or romantic retreat on the west coast of Ireland. Located in a secluded garden off Main Street on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way these holiday studio apartments are decorated to a very high standard. Each studio apartment sleeps 2 guests comfortably:Property layout – First floor:
-Open plan living area
-Dining area with fire stove
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Modern white shower room with a three-head power shower, mirrored walls and brightly lit.
-Bedroom 1: super kingsize bed sleeping 2 (convertible to 2 single beds).
-Balcony: south-facing balcony providing view of the countryside
There is a washing machine and dryer available in the adjoining converted stable. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. Towels are provided within the property.
Guests can access this beautiful studio apartment directly off Kinvara main street via a private gated courtyard.
Please note this unique holiday accommodation is located behind the Owners Georgian family home and the private car park is shared with the Owner of the property.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Adult only:
This house is adult-only. Due to its design not being suitable for kids, we are unable to accept reservations from groups that include children.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment had everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful. In addition, close to the supermarket and pubs. The gate that you have to enter, and exit is a challenge every time.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023Beautiful accommodation in this wonderful town. The apartment is immaculately presented. Perfect for our needs, we either used it as a place to chill or for launching our jaunts to The Burren or Galway. Very private, yet in the heart of the village. Hosts were very friendly and straight forward. We can't recommend Kinvara Suites highly enough. Thank you for making our wonderful holiday so pleasant.

Stayed Oct 29, 2022Stayed for 3 nights in the middle of a busy trip and it was a lovely spot to slow down. Beautiful space and walking distance to multiple great pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops. Good home base for day trips to the Aran islands, Galway, and the Burren. Easy check in and out process. Would absolutely stay again.

A nice very light appartement, well equipped, enough space, a small kitchen but no need to cook with so many restaurants near and the supermarket close by. And especially friendly hosts who were very helpful. And moreover the neighbour's cat loved sitting on our lap :-). We were lucky, both weeks the weather was beautiful. We enjoyed the Irish music on Sunday at Sexton's pub. And coffee and dinner at the Fox was great and very convenient just opposite our home away from home. Thanks to Noreen, Peter and Liz for your hospitality. A new book for the tourism leaflets.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our first time to stay in kinvara. Our hosts were lovely. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable and very well equipped. We also felt very safe there. Kinvara has plenty to offer. Lots of nice restaurants to eat in and the locals are very friendly. We spent a very entertaining evening at The Medieval Banquet in Dunguaire Castle. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back to Kinvara.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location was perfect for exploring The Burren, and the walking was excellent. Plenty of choice nearby for eating out. Ample facilities in the property for our needs Access to property driveway, was narrow and would not suit a large 4 x 4.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We visited Kinvara for the first time and got addicted immediately. Noreen and Peter creating much more than just a holiday accommodation, it's like coming home. From the first contact to – much too early – departing, we felt like being dear old friends. We can recommend the Kinvara Holiday Accommodation by 100% to anybody who's looking for relaxing days in a beautiful and tidy place, combined with a perfect service on site. We are looking forward to travel to Kinvara again in October.
