The Space:

Welcome to our carefully curated basement short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.



Private Duplex Unit: Enjoy the entire bottom level of a duplex, complete with a private entrance and exclusive backyard access. Please note that the hot tub area is shared with the upper unit. As you’re on the lower level, you might experience some noise from above.



️ Living Room: Relax in the comfortable seating area, with additional sleeping arrangements available on a sofa bed. Stay entertained with access to streaming services or cable TV.



️ Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook and dine in style with all essential appliances, utensils, cookware, and dishes. A designated dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones.



️ Master Bedroom: Unwind in the cozy master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, ample storage, and a large 50-inch TV for your entertainment.



Modern Bathroom: Refresh in the clean and modern bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combination, fresh towels, and basic toiletries.



Exclusive Backyard: Take in breathtaking mountain views from the backyard, where you'll find a brand new 8-person Clearwater Hot Tub and outdoor seating for ultimate relaxation. Please note that the hot tub area is shared with the other unit.



We are dedicated to ensuring your stay exceeds your expectations. With a focus on comfort and attention to detail, our space provides everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable experience.



Guest Access:

Enter through the gate on the left side of the house. As you walk through the front door, you'll be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed and a brand new 50-inch Roku TV to relax after a day's worth of adventure. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress for a relaxing night's sleep. You'll also have access to your private backyard, where the hot tub is shared with the upper unit.



️ Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, a microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.



Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You'll also have access to a private washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.



For your convenience, the bathroom is well-stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.



For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack 'n play for your little ones!

Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



Shared Space: This is a lower unit of a duplex. Both units are being rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests. This is the only shared space.



Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

    The unit was not in very good condition. We let the host know when we got there about the broken tv stand & light fixture not working (unfortunate after being surprised with a security deposit which is not made clear until AFTER booking is finalized). It’s also not super clear who you’re communicating with since Vrbo message says from “Kaitlyn” but then other messages are signed with other names (Lexi & Luke). The hot tub and yard space was nice to view the mountains but the hot tub was overly chlorinated. The unit wasn’t super clean and it would have been nice to have a light/lamp in the living/kitchen area. Otherwise nice to be close to manitou springs and garden of the gods, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed!

    Very cute. Impressively clean and a great spot for us to stay with our two dogs. We enjoyed having the fenced yard for them. Beautiful views and the hot tub was nice. Great communication also!

    This was the perfect spot for us and our 2 dogs. Perfect location and the views are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The hot tub was very clean! Communication was top notch. We will be back to this one- we visit this area a few times a year.

    I enjoyed the great fire pit and views. The inside was clean and the perfect size for two with a dog. Great communication from the host. I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, so keep that in mind if you’re a really light sleeper but I didn’t mind it at all. I liked how close it was to old Colorado city and downtown Colorado Springs.

    Enjoyed the space but too small for family of four (ages 10 and 13). Need better cleaners, several deep cleaning issues. Space well decorated and amenities good. View and location was top notch. Not familiar with Colorado Springs so surprised by high quantity of homeless people. Hot tub was good, just didn’t realize it was a shared space at time of booking.
