    A truly wonderful space! Very quiet and filled with necessary amenities. Host was enthusiastic and helpful and genuinely interested in our comfort. The back area is very sweet with fire pit table, umbrella and grill and is super private. Great location for walking and close to all Burbank sites of interest. Can’t wait to return!

    The Property was very clean and well kept! Really enjoyed the back patio! The only difficulty was regulating the Airconditioning. It would be helpful if a cheat sheet was provided to help navigate the programed temperatures. Other than everything was perfect!
