Stayed Aug 4, 2025Nice property in a central location. Ryan, our host, was very kind and helpful, he provided our check-in instructions on time and replied very quickly when we needed his help during the stay. Some small improvement can be done to the kitchen to make it even better. I can recommend the property for any traveler coming to Des Moines.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Great location! Safe and secure unit.Close to parks, University, dinning, shopping. Loved the charm of unit had everything I needed. Host was fantastic and always responded to me immediately. Beautiful neighborhood to be in during the fall. Thanks for sharing your space! Definitely would recommend to fellow travelers.
