Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



Private Entry: This is a garden-level basement unit with a private entry. Please note that this is a shared space with the tenants upstairs, so you may hear some noise from above.



No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.



✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.

    Property location was excellent, it was close to everything. It did get hot at night, but that’s to be expected during the summer. Property was clean and had everything you need.

    We came with our 13 and 11 year old daughters. It was a clean, aesthetically pleasing space good for our family of four and close to all the local attractions we visited (garden of the gods, 7 falls, zip-line in Manitou Springs). The hosts were very communicative and helpful with our questions.

    It is a nice basement suite with plenty of room for the whole family. Might be tricky for those with mobility issues, low ceilings have to crawl in master bed but we did just fine. In a very nice part of town. Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are less than 10 mins away. Everything was very clean and well adorned. Very nice kitchen that allowed us to eat in and save a few bucks with a family of 5. The host was readily available via text and even spoke with her as we left one evening. Highly recommend staying here!

    This garden level apartment in the basement of an Old Colorado City house was very unique and beautiful! Very well done, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with our two grandsons on our trip to Colorado Springs to visit the Cheyene Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. It was a close drive to these places. We’d definitely stay again!!

    Beautiful basement apartment, every thing you need , lovely decor air conditioer too cold, unable to regulate, must be able to crawl or climb into bed, convenient location, maybe not for older people.
