Type B accommodation has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 people comfortably and islocated on the ground floor.These holiday apartments have an open plan spacious kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, new flat screen TV’s and high-speed internet throughout.

IMPORTANT NOTES:





1. Heating and Electricity:

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3. Towels:

Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

    The apartment was not equipped very well. The pans were old and needed to be replaced. There were 4 different styles of plates. The silverware, glasses were mismatched. No bowls suitable for serving. Utensils were cheap and no tongs. There were no bathmats. No basic spices like salt and pepper. Most of the VRBO properties have at least basic things

    Only a few minutes walk from the town center and beach. No problems with parking. A good base to travel around the west of Co. Clare. Facilities were ok but basic, no frills. WiFi was very slow.

    Appartment was clesn and good blackout blinds in bedrooms. Claire was very fast addressing a few problems bulbs/fuses etc. Without her speedy assistance it could have been an altogether experience. So, top marks. Prices charged in July and August are very expensive (just because you CAN charge more doesn't mean you SHOULD). Could do with a few more saucepans etc. for self catering. A clothes line would be nice out the back.

    The ladies in the office were lovely and helpful when arranging arrival to the apartment. The apartment was spotless and couldnt be more happy with the standard of cleanliness. I would definitely recommend them and will be back again.
