Stayed Jul 23, 2024Using the TV is a nightmare. Parking is extremely tight. Large trucks are almost impossible . Nasty looking vents sticking out of the wall. Upside, location to trails and restaurants are excellent.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Nice, clean place with a view of the Katy Trail and a gate so you can walk directly out onto it. Clean and quiet with absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Stayed Nov 10, 2024Although we usually like to stay on ground floor, the second floor landing allowed us to overlook the Katy Trail. We had restricted access gate to said trail. Clean well, kept facility and quiet neighborhood. Designated parking space was a plus.

Stayed Dec 14, 2023Cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. Clean. Stairs are metal, slippery when wet and could be hazardous if icy. Clean with good amenities. Driveway to back parking is very narrow and tight parking. Beds & rooms sizes were great! Living room furniture was not very comfortable for movie watching. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Stayed Feb 9, 2023Great location and great access to many bars and restaurants. Loved having the Katy trail behind us. We enjoyed walking on the trail so peaceful. Our place was very clean and so well organized. I loved having the extra shampoo, laundry detergent and the coffee was a bonus! The place was extremely quiet and peaceful. This was our first time in Dallas and we were thankful to have stayed in such a great place! We would definitely rent again!
