Our Kasa is down the street from KidsQuest Children's Museum and only four blocks from Downtown Park. With easy access to the area's main attractions, including the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and Seattle Aquarium, our apartments stand out as an excellent base for exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Getting Around:
The apartment includes one reserved compact parking space. Paid parking spaces are also available nearby. Public transportation and rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, are excellent options to consider when exploring Bellevue and Seattle. The Bellevue Transit Center is only 0.4 miles away from our Kasa with transfer options to Downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac International Airport. The Sea-Tac International Airport is 17 miles away from our Kasa.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- This property has limited complimentary parking (one car per reservation). Nearby street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

My friend and I overall enjoyed a 5 day stay here. It was perfect to have 2 bedrooms/ baths at opposite ends of the condo and the location was great for us. There were a few issues we had in the space initially and management was responsive to our concerns. Check in process was accessible and accurate. Check out was not fully accurate as you do need the fob to get out of the garage but overall our stay was quite good.
Our stay was in December, and we loved being able to walk down Bellevue way and to the park to see all the holiday decorations. Great location and enjoyed having a lovely fire with just a flip of a switch to relax after our busy days. Will definitely be back.
This unit is in a great location where you can walk to restaurants, art galleries and more. The Children's museum is across the street.
AC is in one bedroom. Don't go stay if its sunny. Fans they gave to help don't work. we had to buy fans to help them with the heat.
super nice apartment, would come back again
Condo was in a very nice section of Bellevue with easy access to freeways and walking distance to many good restaurants and shopping. Building was new and floor was quiet. There was also a nice grassy area for dogs within a block that was visited by many dogs/owners...gave our dog an opportunity to get some exercise and play with other dogs.
Nice location. Liked the lay out of the rental and the separate office and laundry was a nice bonus. Loved being in walking distance of downtown Bellevue and the ability to have our dog. Did not like the musky smell in the master bath and bedroom from previous and obvious water damage. Did not have enough replacement supplies/basics for one week.
Clean, well stocked, park close for morning puppy duty. And Sam's tavern had killer hot dogs (and I'm not that in to hot dogs)
The Apartment is in an excellent location near the Mall and the Market. Very clean, comfortable, practical, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and practically not going out and easy to access.
