Next to the apartment there is 1 parking space on private property .
The terrace at the front of the house offers a magnificent view of the ocean and behind the house is a lovely garden on the wind with seats to relax.
On the right side of the house is a separate room where a washing machine is for general use and there is an outdoor shower that can be used by guests of both apartments.
