Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice stay in Medulin. The apartment has a good location. Short distance to restaurants and beach. House was nice and tidy but little worn out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Es war alles reichlich vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, zwei Fernseher, drei Klimageräte (in den Schlafzimmern und Küche)). Tolle schattige Terrasse, zusätzlich eine Außenküche im Garten mit Grill und Spüle. Fliegengitter an allen Fenster! Vermieterin ist eine ältere Frau die mit im Haus wohnt. Kommunikation war auf deutsch und englisch nicht ganz einfach, aber ausreichend! Es gab diesbezüglich keinerlei Probleme. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz modern eingerichtet, wir haben damit aber kein Problem.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Klein und Alt aber sehr gemütlich, die Verständigung mit der Besitzerin war etwas hakernd da selbst Englisch etwas schwer war. Für das nötigste hat es gelangt.
