Junior Suite at Fontainebleau Hotel Miami Beach

False advertising. This property says clearly “No Resort fee” and when I checked in they told me I will have to pay a “departure fee” that was way over a hundred bucks. It also says valet parking is free but the hotel charged me sixty for parking. I message the host two days before I left and no one ever got back to me. Do yourself a favor and just book this room directly through the hotel. At least you will get daily room cleaning, which was an extra $75/day charge in this room. Oh and some furniture was broken. Garbage!!

We loved the unit! It’s well decorated and clean. The view is great from the balcony - ocean and overlooking the pool. The property and amenities also wonderful. We liked being in the condo tower, as it wasn’t as crowded as the main one. Having beach chairs included free was awesome - and there’s bar/food service out on the beach as well. The location of the resort is perfect - walked everywhere. Will definitely be back!

Yes, the condo was very nice. Checking was a challenge. I went to Sorento as requested but that counter was closed. I then had to go to tressor. The line was long with one person working. After a 20 minute wait i was told my condo was not clean (I could use the refresh area to change into my suit for a conference) I had to drag my luggage to the far building, then drag it bag to have the bell hop hold. I did get my room by around 2:30 which did not matter because I was at a conference till 7 pm.

Property was great. Did not receive ck in info- had to ck with front desk- couldn’t find reservation- it was resolved and all was good- did not get to ck in until 4 pm. The front desk line was also very long and backed up for hours. All in all would def stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The only downfall was that the check-in process took over 30 minutes. The line was long and they only had one staff member working.

Very good room, everything clean and comfortable. The only thing is don't expect much of a view from the balcony due to location and trees. Will definitely return.

Room was OK. Pictures are misleading, poor view from balcony. It overlooks a roofline that people routinely throw things own to from higher floors. There was a used condom stuck to it directly outside our balcony on it. There is very little view outside a palm tree and building. We were having a decent time. The company reached out to us to extend our stay and we agreed, some friends of ours had come into town and we decided to stay another day since they offered a deal. We changed our flights and the next day we were awoken by security telling us we had to vacate the room, the property manager had not secured the room for us the extra day. We were screamed at by the hotel and the Propert manager did not get back to us for four hours. She ignored our calls multiple times. We had to repack and make hotel reservations somewhere else fearing we would be escorted out. People saw them at our room door and it was humiliating. Communication needs to be better and the outside balcony roofLine needs to be cleaned. No one with their family should have to look at something that inappropriate. Thanks
