Property was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and amply supplied. Location was great for our group to shop the Plaza, take stained glass class, venture to ojo caliente spa, and take in a flamenco dancing show.

Lots of space to spread out, nice big kitchen, patio with table and chairs was a bonus, comfortable beds- all in all we were very pleased. The only suggestion would be working night lights-especially by bedroom steps.

Owner was great to work with. Felt like the property was substantially as described. -Bedrooms and layout is a bit wonky, but that was obvious in prior reviews. -Location in an office park is a bit weird but we always felt safe, parking was easy and it was an easy walk to the main part of Santa Fe, restaurants, etc. -Having the kitchen was a huge plus because we ate in all three mornings and could keep our wine cold!

My 7sisters and I stayed her for a weekend. We loved it. Very spacious and just a short walk to the Plaza. At first it was a little hard to find, but we did. The only complaint or suggestion would be to change out the couches, they were not comfy. But other than that..it was a great place and would recommend it to a famil for w a getaway.

This property may have originally been a 100 year old adobe home, but it’s now a unit in what appears to be a commercial space. The layout is odd, the fireplaces (pictured with wood in the photos) are closed with “no fire” signs in them when you arrive, and the place is in need of de-cluttering. One of the two bathrooms ran out of hot water every time someone showered and that same bathroom blew a fuse every time anyone used the hair dryer. No dishwasher and a very small kitchen sink if you need to wash dishes. On the positive side, it is spacious. The host is very nice and was responsive to several maintenance issues we had the first day, leaving us a nice note and some treats for our troubles. Ample, easy parking and accessing the house was just as described.

This was such a fun home. It was the perfect Santa Fe experience. The home was so cozy, well decorated and there was lots of space. We were able to easily walk to the plaza and we loved being in this space.

We had a great tme in santa fe. This property is definitely unique and feels like it might have been two offices that have been combined. As others have said, road noise is audible in the bedrooms on the street side and there is no dishwasher (and kitchen sink is small). Not a huge deal but a bit of an inconvenience. Everything was clean and well kept and location is a quick walk to the plaza (even with 4 kids under 10!)

Our group of four had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, spacious and allowed everyone their own generously sized bedroom. Just a short walk to Santa Fe’s main downtown attractions.

This VRBO is spacious and comfortable. Plus, it's within walking distance of most of the museums and galleries of Santa Fe. The space provided lots of privacy for couples and a comfortable vacation for our two dogs. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable. The location is close to the Plaza and an easy walk. We would stay there again if in the area. A very nice condo.

This is a lovely home! Our family of 9 - mom and dad, adult children, and their children had plenty of space to spread out in four separate bedrooms, a large living room, and two dining spaces (one inside, on outside). The beds are comfortable and each room is large - compared to other historic places we've stayed in Santa Fe. The courtyard is cool, and despite a busy street outside two of the bedrooms, it's nice and quiet. As others have noted, there is no dishwasher, and two of the bedrooms are right off of the kitchen. AND... you're a five minute walk from the plaza, and a five minute drive to grocery stores. We would all recommend this property!

This property is spacious and well-appointed. Drawbacks are a dark living room with no windows, and bathrooms that aren't adjacent to bedrooms, making for potentially uncomfortable moments. The property is in a great location, an easy walk from the historic area. The label century-old adobe is misleading, however, as the property appears to have been one of a series of former office suites, which explains the odd layout. We did enjoy our time there and recommend it to others.
