Jo's 11 - peace and relaxation with a lot of sun and sea

Jo's 11 is located in the heart of the Axarquía region on Spain's Costa del Sol (Sun Coast). It truly lives up to its name with 320 days of sunshine per year. Approximately 30 km east of Malaga, the property sits amidst farmland between Vélez-Málaga, Arenas, and Algarrobo, slightly above the coastline (at an altitude of 380 m, with a 2,000-meter-high mountain range). It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, towns, (white) villages, and of course, the sea, sometimes even as far as Africa (200 km) and Gibraltar (150 km). The location is exceptionally peaceful and only about 5 km as the crow flies from the beaches.

The holiday apartment has a separate entrance. Within its 50 m², it comprises a hallway, kitchen, bedroom, dining and living room, bathroom, and a private terrace. A parking space directly in front of the apartment is also included. The entire outdoor area (in Spain, life is primarily lived outdoors) with pool, sunbathing and lounge area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza/bread oven, and the garden are available for shared use. The entire property (approx. 3,500 m²) is largely (but not entirely) self-sufficient, eco-friendly, and features a solar system with battery storage including a wallbox (which can also be used for charging), an electrical connection, a high-performance and stable internet connection, a water supply (both from the local water association and from a private spring) with water filtration and treatment, a septic tank, and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a reverse osmosis system for producing drinking water.

The accommodation is very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen (induction hob, multi-function oven with microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, chef's knives, spices, all necessary kitchen utensils, and much more). The living room features a 55-inch 4K Smart TV and a sound system – which can also be used for your own devices. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided, as are bed linens and towels (including pool towels). Fruit is available for your enjoyment during your stay, subject to availability. Digital locks provide access to both the property and the apartment at any time.

The bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 (2 x 90) x 190 cm, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, a mirror, two chairs, and a safe. The dining and living room includes a comfortable dining table with four chairs, a two-seater sofa, two small round tables, air conditioning, a display cabinet with dishes and glasses, and a TV stand – all made of wood. Blackout curtains are provided in both the bedroom and living room. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shower with hand shower and glass partition, hand towels, bath towels, bathrobes, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, tissues, a waste bin, and a vanity unit. The kitchen has a separate counter with seating and a second stool. There are plenty of pots and pans.
