The property owner was great about communicating with us prior to and during our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Overall it was perfect for a couples weekend retreat.

This property is extremely well maintained, close to everything you could possibly want to be close too....shopping, dining, the beach but still a very quiet area. The host, Vicki, was always reachable...before, during and after our stay. No problems whatsoever with anything in her unit. The only time we reached out to her during our stay was to ask about additional parking for our guests, which she gladly accommodated. We are already looking at booking next year also.

We have been vacationing in the Madeira Beach

So great!! Literally right behind John’s Pass, which was great to walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. A little smaller on the inside than anticipated, but for 2 people it’s really all you need for a fun weekend getaway. And I loved the fact that there were beach chairs for us to use as well, such a nice touch!

Units are right on the bay side water front and the street behind John's Pass shopping and entertainment.

Perfect size studio for my husband and I. It was very clean, in a great location, and the host was always quick to respond with any question we had. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a long weekend. The property was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Location is great right @ John's Pass! We would definitely stay again!

The location was awesome. The studio apartments are extremely well cared for and very clean. Modern appliances. You can walk to the boardwalk. Able to sit outside and cook and view the bay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. We would stay again if in the area. If you have any questions, all you need to do is email the owner and they respond immediately. Great place.

Amazing little place on the water. Everything you need in one room. Within walking distance of everything in St. John’s pass! Main Street shops just across the road and short walk to Bamboos for live music everyday! Vicky is very responsive and very welcoming. Property is very well kept with plenty of patio chairs and tables by the water to enjoy your coffee and hopefully spot some dolphins. Would definitely come back here!

This place was absolutely perfect for out mini vacation in Madeira Beach! Close to everything.

So clean and accessible to shops, restaurants, the beach - almost everything is within walking distance. The waterfront was so peaceful and private, and the room is beautifully decorated and designed.

Sister had wedding & this place definitely was the best place to stay at. Boardwalk is 4 minutes. Beach is 5 minutes. Beautiful scenery at the hotel!

Everything was as advertised with this property. It was clean. The furnishings were very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided in advance and Vicki was great with communicating throughout my stay. The only downside I found was the early morning noise relating to the shops located across the street. The trash service came through at 6am to empty dumpsters on two days of my stay. It was a slight annoyance, but I would happily stay here again despite that one drawback. The location was really good to access the shops, restaurants, docks and the public beach.

Great location, steps from John's Pass/Village and a short walk to the beach. The remodel since the 2024 hurricane is OUTSTANDING. Great job. We'll definitely be back!

The property was exactly as listed! We enjoyed our stay. The studio is very close to shopping, bars and restaurants. Not too far the beach! Vicky was kind and super helpful. We had a nice surprise upon check-in. She had a little something for us as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary!

This studio is a perfect spot for one or 2! Brand new with all the special touches —- beach chairs, quality towels and bedding, comfy mattress, recliners for movie night, bedside chargers for phones and devices, high speed ceiling fan in the bathroom to dry out your swimsuit after a day at the beach, and more! I would start my day with coffee on the back patio overlooking the bay and saw dolphins and pelicans. Safe and speedy 5 minute walk to the beach for sunbathing or sunsets. And so convenient to be near restaurants and ice cream at John’s Pass. Our unit was quiet, the yard has lovely palms, and best of all it was IMMACULATELY CLEAN! We will be back or maybe rent multiple studios in this building so our whole family can come together. Definitely a FIVE STAR STAY!!!

The room was clean, as was the property. However it was located behind an entire block of businesses. Who all had their dumpsters emptied bright and early on Saturday morning! Could have definitely done without the noise and smell! We are locals we will choose a different location next time.

The property and room were excellent. We were able to walk to the stores, restaurants and marina.

Communication with the host, Vicky, is amazing. The condo is exactly as described. (If not better!) If you are a first timer to this location, you will love it and want to book again. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass, the beach, live music, boat tours, shopping, and plenty of food places. You can’t beat the view. From time to time there will be up to four charter fishing boats in the water right outside your door. It’s fun to watch them get ready to go out and return from a trip. I have battled skin cancer for over 20 years, and I love that there is an umbrella provided with the table and chairs for shelter. The outdoor space is a shared space with other renters in the other condos, I met some good people. Dolphins came by to visit at sunrise every morning. I saw a momma and her baby. Then in the evening, a couple of manatees swam by. The Egrets and the seagulls are frequent visitors. I named one George. He has been visiting for a while now. If you are thinking about booking- do it. You will be happy you did. I can’t say enough about this place. I absolutely love it.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We don't like having to rent a car or rely on rideshares while travelling, so it was great to be able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The space was clean and well organized. We enjoyed using the back patio to look out at the water. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Madeira Beach!

We had a great anniversary weekend everything was super close and within walking distance. The studio was amazing and the host made our stay even better. We will now be regulars for weekend getaways.

Very well kept! Didn’t like the mattress due to a bad back. Solid stay though…

My husband and I came to John’s Pass for our baby moon and we had the most amazing time. Vicky was an awesome host and had several recommendations for things to eat and see around the area. The property was very cute, safe, and clean. It is also just minutes from the beach. We will be coming back here at our next visit.

My recent stay at Fisherman's Cove and Cottages was wonderful!! It's very clean and newly renovated. The decor was well thought out and the bed was so comfortable!! It is literally behind John's Pass with a cut though across the street that takes you directly to all of the happenings! I certainly would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Everything about my stay at the cottage was exceptional, from the cleanliness, to everything I would ever need or want, to the comfortable bed and peacefulness of the area, I couldn’t ask for more!!! I feel like the owner thought of everything and if every VBRO owner have a cottage like mine, that would be magnificent! I’m going to miss it and intend to book it again sometime.

Great place to stay. Love how close you were to shopping, bars, food. Felt safe and peaceful area. Love that the dolphin came each morning to fish. Just a comment, would be an idea to have some sort of fire table in the back to enjoy at night since the back yard area is so nice. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Fisherman’s Cove and Cottage Studio 2. The studio was immaculate and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the beach was easy with the provided beach chairs. The back patio was also clean and so relaxing. John’s Pass stores and restaurants literally steps away. Book your stay here and you won’t regret it!

Great location! Awesome hosts that truly care their guests are happy! When we arrived there were about 6 dolphins playing in the water right off the patio for about half an hour.....Definitely will be back!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Great location and the accommodations were just what we were looking for. Next time we're in town we'll try and stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We have always enjoyed ocean front or gulf front place but the location at Fishetman’s Cove has changed our minds. Sitting by the water was so relaxing. We saw so many different water fowl and multiple times daily, the neighborhood dolphins would swim by. No more than 10 feet away. No need to pay for a dolphin cruise. The unit is very comfy and everything you need. Three minute walk to John’s Pass. The owners have done a great job reinvesting in the place after the devastating hurricanes. Kudos to the owners.

My wife and I just stayed for a 1 night get-a-way, the unit was gorgeous. Amazing decorations and very clean. Location was nice and peaceful and we plan to book again later in the year.

Very relaxing stay to see the dolphins and enjoy the beautiful water right from the property or also very close to spend some time at the beach or shopping at John’s Pass! We enjoyed the very clean and comfortable cottage.

This place is a true Gem. Its cute, comfy, well decorated and conveniently located just steps from the thriving shops and restaurants of Johns Pass and a short walk to the beautiful sands of Madiera beach. We were happy to see everything up and running better than ever.

Such a cute getaway and perfect for spending quality time. Walking distance to shops & great restaurants. The cottage was so clean, mattress was comfy and the scenery was beautiful. We will be back
