Stayed Jan 20, 2025This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed Apr 15, 2024Wow What a fantastic place to stay at One of 3 gorgeous apartments, John Campbell has stunning views of the First Church Beautifully presented with everything you need, even very generous breakfast things and a wee drop of whiskey for later Sitting near Moray place it is close to fabulous eateries, retail, art gallery and historical buildings Great communication from owner 10 out of 10 property Definitely will stay here again Thank you

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Walking up the stairs to open the door for the first time I was pleasantly surprised beyond my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice in a good way! The apartment is very well appointed comfortable and has an amazing location in the city right in the octagon everything you need to have a pleasant day is there And I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
