    As well as the excellent location, great walks and the shops nearby, this property was clean, comfortable and warm (good thing in winter!) We stayed as 2 couples and enjoyed the privacy of having spacious bedrooms, with ensuites, on 2 seperate floors. I would recommend for 2 or 3 couples, or a family, and would happily stay here again.

    Apart from some home maintenace being overdue the property was in an excellent location. Everything was provided, beds very comfortable. We all loved staying here and hope to return.

    Great location & view but unit tired. Bedrooms very spacious & en-suite in all bedrooms. Outside & inside need a good spring clean.

    No-one could ask for a better spot than this - magnificent location on the river in a beautiful country town. 3Cs: Cosy, clean and comfortable, scenic vistas and a well-appointed kitchen; ideal for a relaxing weekend or more with friends or family. Who needs 5-star luxury anyway?

    Although we enjoyed the location of this property we found it somewhat disappointing, for the price paid, that it really does need upgrading in some areas, e.g. new cushions on lounge as old ones are quite stained, shower heads in bathrooms rusty, carpets need cleaning and all windows and screens are extremely dirty. Would also suggest that airconditioning in the main living area as well as the other two bedrooms should be looked at as being very necessary as it gets quite hot on even slightly warmer days. If these things were all addressed then our rating for this apartment would be much higher.
