The unit is in an absolute prime location, situated on the top floor with a half wrap around balcony, you can soak up the sun with your morning coffee, while watching the whales and dolphins play.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen features ocean views and an opportunity to spend quality time with your family and friends. Two bedrooms have lavish king sized beds, with a tri bunk in the third room. The fully equipped laundry comes complete with washing machine and dryer.

All rooms have been finished with new paint, flooring, appliances and furniture which give the unit a fresh and inviting feeling.
You will be spoilt for choice with Woolgoolga's main and back beaches only walking distance away. Positioned on the Solitary Islands Coastal Walk, you can choose to head north or south to discover the many headlands and beaches on the Coffs Coast.

If walking is not your thing, just grab your fishing rods, boards or bike and enjoy the spectacular sites and surf that Woolgoolga has to offer.

After a long day of adventure, you can relax in the bath tub with a glass of wine and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves.
If you are travelling with lots of friends please note we manage 5 holiday houses on Pollack Esplanade. Why not bring everyone and stay together!

The only problem is the TV is not very big and not smart. A better TV secured to the wall would be great. Wireless worked well.5

We loved our stay in Woolgoolga. All the local’s are genuinely friendly & relaxed and our accommodation was perfect for 3 friends to get together and explore the walks/beaches & local cafes & restaurants. Thank you to Property Manager for all the recommendations

very well appointed unit with lots of kitchen appliances lovely quiet area (except for the learner motorbike rider constantly going past at high revs) Our stay was marred by the high winds (not owners fault) that blew day and night. Only bad complaint was that the bedroom blinds were old and in bad need of replacement as a lot of white itchy powder was coming off in your hands and on your clothes whenever you touched them. All bedroom blinds were the same. Replace these blinds and the property would be ideal.
