The Space:

Welcome to your elevated mountain getaway. This bright, upper-level home combines modern comforts with a cozy, eclectic design and private wraparound porches. Every corner of this home is designed to showcase the incredible views of the Front Range.

The living room is a true comfort zone featuring a tan sofa and a 55 Smart TV mounted above a white stone fireplace. High ceilings and large windows frame breathtaking mountain views and flood the space with natural light. The room is styled with unique touches, including a Colorado is my Vibe neon sign and a record player with a curated selection of vinyl.



🍽️ KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a vibrant gold picket tile backsplash. It is fully equipped for your culinary needs with a complimentary coffee station and a spice rack. You also have access to the large shared backyard, which includes a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill for cookouts, and cornhole boards for outdoor fun. Please note that while the home is pet-friendly, the backyard is not fully fenced; we recommend keeping pets on a leash or under close supervision while using the shared yard.

What exactly is No Chore Checkout

It means your vacation doesn't end with a to-do list. We don’t ask you to strip the beds, start the laundry, or take out the trash. Just lock up and drive safe.



How do the shared spaces work

The two upper-level decks are completely private for your exclusive use. The large backyard with the fire pit and grill is shared with the guests in the lower-level unit.



Does the home have air conditioning

To ensure you stay cool during the warmer months, we provide portable AC units in the living room and in each of the bedrooms.



Where do I park and how do I get inside

Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. This unit is on the top floor and is accessed via exterior front stairs.



Guest Access:

🏡 Property Access: You'll have full access to the entire upstairs unit, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and your two private porches. Please enter through the front stairs and enjoy the cozy, inviting layout. You also have full access to the large backyard, which is shared with the guests in the lower level unit. Please note that the lower unit interior and driveway parking are not included in this stay.

💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



⏰ Check-Out Policy: To respect our cleaning team’s schedule and ensure the home is perfect for the next guest, unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a fee of $20 per 30 minutes. We appreciate your understanding!
