My 2-floor space (ground floor and upper) has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) all of which are air-conditioned. The apartment also has a living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen and balcony.

We take care of the house with all the love and care, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linens and towelsfor your stay with us;

**Children over 1 year old are considered guests;

***For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for electricity and water consumption;

****A security deposit of R$ 900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the gate/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Bedroom 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blinds and closet.
